Yes it is the law. I know..I know..but the heartless cat that took it THIS FAR TO CALL THE LAW MAKES ME SIDE WITH HER. 'Cause they don't just randomly come through collecting basketball hoops on the regular. I am not trying to hear that. Someone has no life...
It is a part of childhood. Pretty sure they will just stake out her spot and come get it when she is gone but she took a stand....
