Pretty sure most of you are fresh outta sympathy for 'em. I'm indifferent on this one. I 'get it' but yeah... Then again, they did it knowing that the dash cam recorded it (The dash cam is always on if I am not mistaken..correct me if I am wrong though..Hell if they CAN OR ABLE TO TURN IT OFF even more reason..) Alas, here we are. It is a very short clip.
Depends on the department. I know of one where the dash cams only come on when the flashing lights get turned on and turned off when the officer presses the "off" button.
