This is a story of one man's love for his car. David Duran has been driving his '87 BMW 325i for the last 20 years, it's his daily driver and his pride and joy. The E30 is considered by many as one of the finest BMW's ever made and has a huge following in the car scene worldwide. Dave's E30 is a classic example of keeping the dream alive, it looks as good today (if not better) than the day he got it and his dedication to the vehicle is quite humbling.

This is the first of many videos to come where I will be exploring cool cars and people's relationship to them.

I got a chance to drive these two cars as a child. Fun fun fun cars....Especially since I was a teenager. I know they look 'tame' now but trust me, when they dropped, nothing on the road you were buying looked like them UNLESS it was a Porsche, Ferrari or something like that. @ functional spoilers, scoops and skirts.. Everybody else who had a 'kit' on their car did it for show. As a person who actually had another old 'German car' at the time, an Audi 5000s Turbo, I can vouch for Jason saying those cars had NO DRAMA when you drove them. They were made to drive fast at a stable speed.

I DON'T WATER MARK PICTURES THAT I DIDN'T EITHER TAKE OR WERE NOT ORIGINALLY GIVEN TO ME. I have seen folks RUSH TO DO IT and it is pretty damm sad. Not my style. I am not a fool. I know that most of what I do in regards to pictures can be replicated so there is no need to act like I'm out here doing more than what it is. I provide a space to see a collection of pictures in that regard. Nothing more. Nothing less. Watermarking pictures that aren't 'mine per say kinda comes off a little pompous to me. That's just me though..

I want you to be able to tell when I do TAKE THE PICTURE without me saying as much. What do I look like watermarking your pictures up if I didn't 'take them'?

You see the watermark on a picture here with the blog's name in it? Then you know I took the picture in some fashion. Screen shot. With the camera phone. With the Canon or the web cam. Or it was given to me for exclusive use. (At least at press time)
