The date is CHOPPED. It is usually the first weekend in June(Memorial Day is the 27th so..that would leave June 1st as the open day..) though. FYI. I  know that Governor's Ball is the 7th,8th,9th so.....

Last year, I wasn't able to make it unfortunately as I had a personal tragedy. Broke my streak of attending them all. This year, I hope to attend. See you there if you are going..

I'm telling you right now. There's NO WAY short of death that if Wale is going to be performing in Philly that Meek won't be there. I can't fathom MMG coming to Meek's town and him not showing up. Which will be good 'cause two years ago, Meek performed but they had him in the tent. I'm thinking this time, the main stage is where he will be....  Ditto with Kid Cudi...@ the tent thing. I'm thinking he might get to play the main stage..(Hopefully)

Oh and of course I want to see the Legendary Roots Crew BACK UP DE LA SOUL.

I guess it is make good on promises of audio week. I found the audio of the when Jazzy Jeff and Questlove were getting down at the 2010 Picnic with Skillz leading on the mic. As I told you in the post, I was a little busy taking pictures (Like the ones up above) of the event to get the audio like that. (I did manage to get some on my phone though.) He had me, Titi215, Phonte and the rest of the crowd ROCKING. I am sure that you will be too. Take a listen...
