This is the tape I was talking about earlier in the blog...Flamers 3.

If you live in Philly or follow the Philly rap scene, I don't have to say anything about 'who' Meek Mill is. For those of you who don't know, Meek Mill is probably THE HOTTEST RAPPER IN PHILLY RIGHT NOW. Signed to Grand Hustle and just outright nasty on the mic. Well here he is linking up with Philly native (Atlanta transplant) DJ Drama to bring you part three of his 'Flamers' series. (You need to go back and get the other joints and catch back up so you can get the full experience.)

Now as many of you know by now, I am an 'older' rap fan so I don't easily impress. I GREW UP ON RAP pretty much from its beginning so I feel I am pretty qualified when it comes to at least talking about. This guy can SPIT. He just has 'it'. You don't believe me. Go find it yourself. He did something that most rappers can't do. Manage to hold his on on the mic with Black Thought who, as many of you who follow the blog know, is my third favorite rapper of ALL TIME. Yes, I said it again. What?

Jahlil Beats IS ALL OVER THIS CD. Shoutout to Jahlil. He did the THING on this joint.

Above and BEYOND ALL OF THAT is the fact that my BOY SHIZZ NITTY (OT Records! Shout out to Matty Gate$, Shizz, Chuck50, DJBran and the rest of the boys down there at OT Records) is ON THIS TAPE! It is a song that I have been privy to have had for a minute now but couldn't play freely 'cause it was coming out on this tape. I do occasionally interview folks so browse around. I don't call them interviews though. I call 'em 'Chats' 'cause that is usually what is like. Not claiming to be some CNN reporter over here. Just asking questions that many of us want answers to and some questions that some of you don't THINK TO ASK OR THINK CERTAIN FOLKS ARE GOING THROUGH/THINKING ABOUT/DOING. I like to dig deep so if you agree to an interview, be prepared. I might ask you anything. I probably will stay away from the majority of the 'standard' questions though. Just bare that in mind. Oh and one more thing...

I DON'T WATER MARK PICTURES THAT I DIDN'T EITHER TAKE OR WERE NOT ORIGINALLY GIVEN TO ME. I have seen folks RUSH TO DO IT and it is pretty damm sad. Not my style. I am not a fool. I know that most of what I do in regards to pictures can be replicated so there is no need to act like I'm out here doing more than what it is. I provide a space to see a collection of pictures in that regard. Nothing more. Nothing less. Watermarking pictures that aren't 'mine per say kinda comes off a little pompous to me. That's just me though..

I want you to be able to tell when I do TAKE THE PICTURE without me saying as much. What do I look like watermarking your pictures up if I didn't 'take them'?

You see the watermark on a picture here with the blog's name in it? Then you know I took the picture in some fashion. Screen shot. With the camera phone. With the Canon or the web cam. Or it was given to me for exclusive use. (At least at press time)
